They support clients in (learning to) live with their psychological vulnerability and to regain control of their lives, usually at their home. So that they can shape their lives in their own way. With (self)confidence and renewed zest for life.

I have experienced the collaboration as pleasant since I joined. Coincidentally, I also applied for the position of Senior Recruiter at RIBWAVV via a campaign by Recruitment Marketeers. The biggest recruitment challenge: recruiting mental health care professionals and personal mental health care workers all year round; two very scarce target groups.

RIBW Arnhem & Veluwe Vallei employs around six hundred people, making RIBW AVV a large mental health care organisation with a high recruitment need. Recruitment Marketeers and RIBW AVV got to know each other through a joint partner and gradually started working together to meet RIBW AVV's recruitment challenges.

We have now been partners for a year and we continuously advertise for the positions of Mental Health Care Support Worker and Mental Health Care Personal Support Worker due to the structural need for inflow.

Every two weeks, a digital consultation takes place and we look together at how the campaigns are performing. After consultation, we change the geotargeting if necessary. Together, we look at which locations have a greater or lesser need for visibility. In doing so, we respond flexibly to current recruitment issues by means of one continuous campaign for these target groups. In addition, we also set up campaigns for their office functions.

The proactive thinking through mobile targeting of the regions, has shown that this certainly has an effect on the accessibility/visibility of our organization. Recruitment Marketeers has also made beautiful corporate photos, which has made it even more visible what we want to radiate.

We see the number of interested parties increasing and I certainly see an effect in our recruitment when it comes to our visibility.

The campaigns for Residential Care Workers, Support Workers and Supervisors have a lot of views on social media during the weekend and I also notice that people have a lot of questions/interest in working with us. I see Recruitment Marketeers, together with their partnership with Intelligence Group, becoming a serious player in the field of Job Marketing.

The campaign

The campaign format chosen for RIBW Arnhem & Veluwe Vallei goes beyond just placements on trade-related websites, job boards and social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Precisely because we want to target latently searching candidates in a very targeted manner, the vacancies are brought to the attention via mobile advertising.

Mobile advertising makes it possible to reach and stimulate latent candidates in various ways by using attractive advertising expressions. By means of geotargeting we can target hyperlocally aimed at similar or related organizations in the area and in districts where many similar companies are located.

A big additional advantage of this approach is that we address the target group very specifically and retarget them in the evenings. The user is probably at home and has time to watch the advertisement again.
