As a Recruitment Marketing Advisor, you are involved in the recruitment success of our clients. You are the first point of contact for our clients and are always actively looking for new opportunities. You are partly responsible for the results of Recruitment Marketeers and that drives you because you are a sales person in heart and soul. You are a good communicator and quickly sense where opportunities lie, of course the customer's wishes always come first.
In this role you will have a lot of customer contact. You will provide customized advice on various recruitment campaigns and the best working (online) channels. You will draw up quotes, interpret data and think tactically about the employer brand of the customer.
The broader your basic knowledge of online marketing and employer branding the better. Are you not as experienced as you would like? No problem, at RM you can learn a lot and quickly so even if you are not that experienced we invite you to apply.
